LL8K series adopts industry-leading φ64mm large target surface design, which can cover a wider inspection area at one time and significantly reduce the need for multi-lens splicing. In wide-format scenarios such as lithium battery coating and PCB board inspection, a single scan can complete the entire imaging, increasing efficiency by more than 40%. Combined with <0.05% ultra-low distortion technology, it ensures high consistency from the edge to the center of the image, providing an accurate data base for micron-level defect identification.

 

 

 

Compatible with all scenarios and adapted to multiple hardware ecosystems

 

8K Line Scan Lens LL series supports 5μm/7μm high-resolution line array cameras with reference magnification ranging from 0.07X-0.13X. The LL series of 8K line scan lenses can be flexibly adapted to the needs of different production lines. The modularized interface design (M42/M58/M72/F port) seamlessly connects to mainstream industrial camera brands and reduces the complexity of system integration. For example, in textile defect detection, 0.13X magnification can cover a 1.5-meter wide format while maintaining 0.1mm-level detail resolution, significantly reducing the leakage rate.

 

 

 

Anti-vibration optimized for zero-shake imaging under high-speed motion

 

To address the problem of vibration on high-speed production lines, the LL8K series is optimized with a conjugate distance of up to 2,182mm to ensure that the image remains stable during high-speed motion (e.g., Li-ion battery winding lines). Combined with the optical anti-shaking algorithm and rigid structure, the MTF value can be maintained above 80lp/mm even at line speeds above 200mm/s, completely eliminating the impact of motion blur on inspection accuracy.
