Their high transmittance makes it difficult to capture clear contours with traditional optical instruments, while contact measurement may scratch the surface or introduce errors.

POMEAS high-precision image measuring instrument with Point Spectrum Sensor 8055 supports the measurement of complex curved surfaces or deep cavities, and can directly inspect glass, plastics and other highly transparent materials without the need for reflective films, avoiding the risk of secondary contamination.

③ 3D Modeling of Complex Contours: Combined with point cloud stitching technology, the device can reconstruct 3D structures such as curved surfaces of transparent lenses and beveled surfaces of prisms at the nanoscale, generating STL models that can be used for reverse engineering.
