Although the repeatability is slightly higher than that of the HM-1040 (±0.1μm), this level of accuracy is still sufficient for many industrial applications. With a positional accuracy of ±1.2μm and a depth of field of 30mm, the HM-1065 is able to maintain a high level of measurement accuracy and flexibility when dealing with larger-sized workpieces.

 

 

Three, online image measuring instrument large field of view model HM-1120

HM-1120 is a POMEAS model designed to meet the needs of oversized measurement. With a measuring range of φ120, it can easily cope with measurement tasks for large parts and complex structures. Although the repeatability and positional accuracy have been reduced compared to the previous two models (±0.2μm and ±2.5μm, respectively), these levels of accuracy still provide users with reliable measurement results in the context of very large size measurements. In addition, the 40mm depth of field makes the HM-1120 more adaptable and flexible when handling workpieces with large depth variations.
