1. Parameters: Measuring range of 40mm diameter with an accuracy of 1.0μm, this high accuracy gives it a clear advantage when measuring small dimensions.

2. Application: Standard mineral water bottle caps are relatively small in size and require a high degree of accuracy. The HM-1040 is able to ensure that the measurement error is kept within a very small range with its excellent accuracy, so as to ensure that the cap is perfectly matched to the bottle, preventing leakage and air leakage, and guaranteeing the quality and safety of the mineral water.

1. Parameters: The measuring range is extended to 65mm in diameter with an accuracy of 1.2μm, which ensures a certain degree of accuracy while providing a larger measuring field of view.

2. Application: The HM-1065 has a large measuring range to cover the relatively large sizes of caps for domestic mineral water bottles, and its 1.2 μm accuracy meets the requirements for measuring the dimensions of these caps. Whether it is the outer diameter, height or internal structure of the cap, it can be accurately measured to ensure that the cap is aesthetically pleasing and functional at the same time.

1. Parameters: The HM-1120 has a large measuring range of 120mm in diameter and an accuracy of 2.5μm, which is slightly less accurate than the previous two models, but the large field of view is a unique advantage.

2. Application: Household laundry detergent caps are often large and complex in shape, and the HM-1120's large field of view allows it to measure the entire cap in one pass to quickly obtain comprehensive dimensional information. For products such as laundry detergent caps, which require a high degree of overall dimensional control, the accuracy of the HM-1120 is sufficient to meet the production requirements and ensure that the cap opens and closes properly and seals properly.
