  3. Precision Assembly and Fitting: Under the precise guidance of the vision system, the manipulator can accurately and precisely assemble the camera to the specified position of the cell phone, realizing micron-level precision fitting and ensuring the consistency and stability of the product.

  4. Lamination quality review: After the assembly is completed, the system starts the vision inspection mechanism again to conduct a comprehensive review of the lamination position to ensure that each product meets the preset quality standards.

  2. Control Center: High-performance industrial computer acts as the brain of the system, responsible for data processing, command issuance and real-time monitoring.
  3. Software platform: Professional vision processing software based on VisionPro, providing powerful image analysis and processing capabilities to realize complex vision algorithm applications.
  4. Automation control: Mitsubishi PLC and Mitsubishi robot work together to ensure smooth movement and quick response, realizing efficient automated production.
