Machine vision inspection software: Based on POMEAS independently developed software system, integrated with advanced color recognition algorithms and intelligent judgment logic, it can automatically analyze whether the color of the grip and button is consistent, and instantly feedback the inspection results, providing accurate guidance for the quality control of the production line.

During the inspection process, a CCD industrial camera is fixed above the product line, capturing images of every razor grip that passes by through high-speed real-time shooting. The software system then pre-processes the image, extracts the color characteristics, and compares them with the preset standard color values. Once a color inconsistency is detected, the system immediately issues an alert and records the defective product information for subsequent traceability and handling.
In addition, the solution is equipped with self-learning and optimization capabilities, able to continuously optimize the color recognition algorithm based on the accumulation of production data, improving the accuracy and stability of detection.
