In the rapid development of today's manufacturing industry, industrial robots have become a key force to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. This system is designed to solve the problem of circuit board gripping on the production line. Its core function is to guide the high-precision manipulator to accurately and precisely identify and grab the scattered circuit boards from the assembly line, and then smoothly place them in the preset designated positions. In order to ensure production quality, we have set strict standards for positioning accuracy, i.e., to achieve a range of 0.5mm to 1mm, and at the same time, the repeatability of the device attachment accuracy is controlled to within ±0.05mm to meet the needs of precision manufacturing.

 

 

At the software level, the system we developed not only has a powerful abnormality alarm function, which can real-time monitor and feedback any abnormality in the operating status of the equipment to ensure the continuity and safety of the production process; it also integrates a detailed statistical function, which provides comprehensive production data support for production managers and helps enterprises to realize refined management. In addition, the software system is also thoughtfully designed with a real-time image display function at the lens shooting, enabling the operator to intuitively monitor the gripping process, further enhancing the operational convenience and efficiency.
