In modern manufacturing industry, the dimensional accuracy of hardware, as a basic component, is directly related to the overall quality and performance of products. Integration and Debugging:Integrate the measuring instrument with the production line control system to realize real-time transmission and processing of measurement data. Measurement Programming:According to the shape, size and inspection requirements of the hardware, a special measurement program is written. Including setting measurement points, measurement paths, and judgment criteria.

 

Optimization of parameters:Through trial operation and data analysis, the measurement parameters, such as light source brightness, camera exposure time, and image processing algorithms, are continuously optimized to achieve the best measurement results.

Online monitoring:During the production process, the in-line image measuring instrument continuously measures the dimensions of the hardware that passes through and transmits the data to the control system.


Data analytics:Establish a data analysis system, real-time processing and statistical analysis of measurement data, timely detection of dimensional deviations and early warning.


Quality Tracing:Correlate the measurement data with the production lot and serial number of the hardware to realize rapid traceability and resolution of quality problems.
