The zoom lens point laser focusing solution mainly involves a system that combines a POMEAS zoom lens and laser focusing technology. Program components:
1、Lens: The lens consists of a POMEAS zoom lens as the main lens, which can be continuously zoomed according to the demand, thus adapting to the requirements of different working distances and magnification; and a compound achromatic objective lens, which can reduce the aberration and chromatic aberration and ensure that the image remains clear and accurate throughout the whole range of the field of view.
2、Coaxial optical module: It has a point light source that emits visible light. This visible light is reflected by the first beam splitter and then reaches the object side of the main lens through the front common lens to assist in illuminating the object to be measured.
3、 Laser focus module: including infrared laser light source and photoelectric sensor. The infrared laser light source emits an infrared laser beam, which is reflected by the first beam splitter and then emitted to the object under test through the front common lens. The infrared laser beam reflected back by the object under test again through the front-end common lens, the first beam splitter, back to the laser focusing module, and in the photoelectric sensor imaging for the spot.
