Adopting a million-grade FA lens with high resolution, high contrast, and low distortion, it is able to clearly capture the thread details of screws. This lens is suitable for high-precision and high-demand visual inspection tasks, and can ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection results.

High Definition Industrial Camera

As an image acquisition device, the HD industrial camera is characterised by high sensitivity, high dynamic range, low noise and other performance features. It can be used in conjunction with megapixel FA lenses to acquire high-quality screw images and provide reliable data support for subsequent image processing and analysis.

Ring Light Source

The use of a ring light source provides uniform, stable lighting conditions and reduces the impact of shadows and reflections on image quality.
