POMEAS Multi-sensor Measurement System adopts the advanced non-contact measurement technology of spectral confocal displacement sensor, using a high precision camera to capture the sample boundary, driving the spectral confocal probe to move to the starting position of the measurement through the motor, and at the same time synchronously capturing and removing the sample 3D glass surface profile curves from multiple angles, and then outputting the complete profile curves after computation and processing, so as to realise the fast and accurate detection of the glass contour.

Introduction to measurement software:

MetX measurement software is used to measure 3D glass contour, size, etc. The software is equipped with measurement diagrams, CAD standard contour direct import, contour calculation, thickness measurement, flatness measurement and height measurement, etc. It supports serial or Ethernet communication to send the measurement results to the customer's software.

The spectral confocal displacement sensor technology used in the POMEAS multi-sensor measurement system is characterised by a large measuring arc angle, a large measuring height range, fast detection speed and high real-time performance, which enables fast and accurate measurement of the glass contour.
