1, internal characters: accurate view of the connector may exist inside the character information, these characters may contain the model number, production batch, specifications and other important data, for the connector identification and quality traceability is of key significance.

2, needle scratches: carefully check the connector needle surface whether there are scratches. Needle scratches may affect the stability of the connection and the quality of signal transmission, serious scratches may even lead to connection failure.
 

Detection programme:

1、High resolution imaging: It can clearly present the tiny characters inside the connector and the tiny scratches on the surface of the needle. Its resolution can reach 1um, which is enough to meet our needs for microscopic detail observation.

2、Auto-focus function: Ensure that the microscope can focus quickly and accurately during the observation process, whether observing the characters in the deeper position inside the connector or the surface of the needle at different angles, the image can be kept clear. This feature greatly improves the observation efficiency and reduces the errors caused by inaccurate manual focusing.

3、Stable Illumination System: Equipped with a ring light source illumination system, which can provide uniform and stable light for the observation area. Appropriate lighting can highlight characters and scratches, avoiding observation errors caused by light shadows.
