Inspection needs:

Measure the dimensions of ice skate length, width and contour.

Inspection Difficulties:

The shape of the ice skates is irregular, the traditional solution to measure the contour data is not accurate.

Detection programme:

1. Lens using Pomeas double telecentric optical lens. 2;

2. with Gigabit network industrial camera;

3. Use plane vision light source and image processing system independently developed by Pomeas.
